Integration

ERP, API & System Integration

Connect the systems your teams re-enter data between.

We connect ERP, CRM, payment and in-house systems through APIs and data pipelines, with scheduled or event-based sync, as close to real time as the source systems allow.

The problem

When systems do not talk to each other

What buyers usually tell us:

  • We type the same order into the ERP, the CRM and a spreadsheet.
  • Reports disagree because each system has its own copy of the data.
  • Our older application holds data nobody else can reach.
  • A partner or payment system needs data we export by hand.

What we do

ERP, API and system integration.

APIs, data pipelines and secure exchange between the systems the operation already runs.

System & API integration

  • REST / API development and integration
  • Third-party and partner integrations
  • ERP, CRM and payment integration
  • Secure API management

Data integration

  • Cross-system data flows
  • ETL / data pipelines
  • Data sync across connected systems
  • Data consolidation for reporting

Connecting older systems

  • Legacy-to-modern integration
  • Scheduled or event-based sync, as close to real time as the source systems allow
  • Secure data exchange

Shop floor

Machine & shop-floor integration

Capturing shop-floor data in workflow systems, and connecting it to ERP and business systems, is part of this service. Connecting machines and devices directly is a supported pattern: we can design it, but no delivered engagement is published.

Use cases

Typical use cases

  • ERP and CRM integration

Orders, customers and status kept consistent between systems.

  • Payment and partner APIs

Integration with payment providers and partners, where their APIs allow it.

  • Data consolidation for reporting

Data from several systems brought together for dashboards and MIS.

  • Older systems

Older applications connected to new ones without a single cutover.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Can you integrate with the system we already use?
Usually, if the system has an API, a database we can be given access to, or a reliable export. We confirm what the source system allows before committing to an approach.
Is the sync real time?
Sync is scheduled or event-based, as close to real time as the source systems allow. We agree the timing each integration actually needs.
Can you connect machines on the shop floor?
Machine and device connectivity is a supported pattern, not a delivered engagement we can point to. The Machine & Shop-Floor Integration page sets out what is and is not claimed.
Who looks after the integration after go-live?
That is agreed per engagement. It can sit under Application Support & Managed Services, with scope, hours and response expectations agreed up front.
