Manufacturing Software & ERP for Shop-Floor Operations

Software designed around production, quality, maintenance and dispatch workflows.

For manufacturers, foundries and engineering units where production status, machine history and quality records live in registers, spreadsheets and supervisors’ heads. We build systems around how your floor runs, either custom or starting from ShopFloor360.

ShopFloor360, our manufacturing platform, is in pilot / limited deployment. We have not published a manufacturing client project.

Operational reality

How production is often tracked today

The plant keeps running on effort. Supervisors chase status, maintenance keeps its own log, and dispatch is confirmed by phone.

  • Production plans are made in a spreadsheet and revised on the floor.
  • Work-order and batch status is known to the supervisor, not to planning or sales.
  • Machine logs and maintenance history sit in a register or a separate file.
  • Inspection, rejection and rework are written up after the fact, apart from the job.
  • Stock is counted when someone asks, and dispatch is confirmed by a call.

System gaps

Where the systems fall short

  • No shared view of work in progress

Planning, the floor and the office each hold a different version of where a job is.

  • Maintenance stays reactive

Breakdowns get logged, but preventive schedules and machine history are hard to act on.

  • Quality records arrive late

Rejection and rework are counted at the end of a shift or a month, not tied to the batch.

  • Reports are assembled by hand

MIS is rebuilt from sheets each week, so decisions wait for the numbers.

What we build

What we build for manufacturers

System types we design and build. An engagement can include some or all of them, scoped to your process.

  • Production planning and work orders

Plans, work orders, and job and batch tracking, with status recorded where the work happens.

  • Machine and maintenance records

Machine master and logs, preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown tracking.

  • Inventory and quality

Raw-material and stock control, inspection, and rejection and rework records linked to jobs.

  • Dispatch and reporting

Dispatch and delivery records, role-based access, dashboards and MIS.

Platform or custom

Start with ShopFloor360, or build custom?

ShopFloor360 is Cloud Ridge’s manufacturing platform — Pilot / limited deployment. It is designed around production, machines and maintenance, inventory and quality, and dispatch. Which parts suit a given plant is confirmed in discovery.

  • Start from ShopFloor360

Worth considering when your workflows sit close to its scope and you would rather adapt a platform than specify everything from scratch. We compare your process with what the pilot covers today.

  • Build a custom system

Usually the better fit when your process, product mix or reporting is specific, or the system has to work closely with tools you already run.

Either way, the choice is made against your workflows, not assumed up front.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Do you only offer ShopFloor360?
No. ShopFloor360 is one starting point. Many plants are better served by a system built to their own process, and we will say which fits after looking at your workflows.
Is ShopFloor360 generally available?
No. It is in pilot / limited deployment. We compare your workflows with what the pilot covers today.
Can you connect our machines?
Machine and device connectivity is a supported pattern rather than a ready-made connector set. Whether it is practical depends on the equipment and controls at your site, which we assess first. Capture through shop-floor apps is the usual starting point.
Can it work with our accounting software or existing ERP?
Integration with accounting and existing business systems is part of our Integration service. The approach depends on what those systems expose, which we review in discovery.
