Workflow automation

Workflow Automation & Dashboards

For approvals, hand-offs and reports that are still chased by phone, WhatsApp and email.

We map the process, then build the workflow: approval steps with owners, rule-based routing, alerts and escalation, and dashboards and MIS built from the records the work creates.

The problem

Where the work is still chased by hand

What buyers usually tell us:

  • Our approvals are still being chased in WhatsApp and email.
  • The same data is typed into two or three places.
  • Someone spends days stitching spreadsheets into the monthly report.
  • Nobody can see what is stuck until it is already late.

Conceptual comparison

From manual friction to a defined flow.

A conceptual before-and-after, not a screenshot of a client system. Routing follows rules your team defines.

Before

  • Manual entryRe-keyed between systems
  • Chased approvalsEmail, calls, messages
  • Spreadsheet stitchingConsolidated by hand
  • Reports days lateDecisions on stale data

Defined flow

  1. 1 Digitised workflows
  2. 2 Routing
  3. 3 Rules / decisions
  4. 4 Alerts / escalations
  5. 5 Rules a person can review

After

  • Digitised processMapped, structured, owned
  • Routed by rulesRouting rules the process defines
  • Alerts & escalationsExceptions raise an alert for a person
  • Operational dashboardsReporting views for the people running the work

What we do

Workflow automation and MIS dashboards.

Approval workflows, rules and routing you can explain, and dashboards built from the work itself.

Workflow Automation

  • Process mapping & digitization
  • Approval & task automation
  • Role-based workflows
  • Alerts & escalations

Rules, routing & escalation

  • Routing rules the process defines
  • Exception handling a person can review
  • Escalation paths
  • Decision rules the team can explain

Dashboards & MIS

  • Operational dashboards and reporting
  • Management KPIs
  • Cross-system consolidation
  • Self-serve views

Use cases

Typical use cases

  • Purchase and expense approvals

Requests routed to the right approver by rule, with escalation when a step waits too long.

  • Site and shop-floor updates

Daily progress, issues and exceptions captured in a form, not a message thread.

  • Status tracking

One place to see where each request, job or order is, and who holds it.

  • Management reporting and MIS

Dashboards built from the records the workflow already creates.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Do we have to replace our existing systems?
No. Workflows can sit alongside what you already run, and Integration can connect them where data has to move between systems.
Is the routing done by AI?
No. Routing, approvals and escalation follow rules your team defines and can explain. Predictive insights and smart recommendations are not offered as a current capability.
Can dashboards replace our spreadsheet reports?
That is a common goal. Dashboards and MIS are built from the records the workflow creates, so reporting does not depend on re-keying. Which reports move first is agreed in scope.
How is scope handled?
We start by mapping the process and agreeing which workflows come first. Scope and phases are agreed before the build. We do not publish fixed prices or timelines.
What happens after go-live?
Fixes and enhancements can continue under Application Support & Managed Services, with scope, hours and response expectations agreed per engagement.
