Machine & Shop-Floor Integration

Bring shop-floor data into the systems that plan and report the work.

Part of our Integration service. We capture shop-floor data in workflow systems and connect it to ERP and business systems. Direct machine and device connectivity can be designed during scoping; no delivered machine-integration engagement is published yet.

The problem

When shop-floor information never reaches the office systems

What buyers usually tell us:

  • Production counts are written on paper and typed in later.
  • Downtime is reported at the end of the shift, if at all.
  • Planning works from yesterday’s numbers.

Conceptual service pattern

A supported pattern, from devices to business systems

A five-stage pattern. Not a screenshot of a delivered system, and not a named protocol list.

  1. 01

    Machines / sensors

    Shop-floor equipment

  2. 02

    Edge capture

Devices and gateways — pattern, not a named protocol list

  3. 03

    Data pipelines

    Secure data flow

  4. 04

What we do

Shop-floor integration, with maturity stated.

Workflow capture and business-system integration are capable. Machine monitoring is a supported pattern, not a delivered engagement.

Business-system integration — capable

  • Shop-floor data capture in workflow systems
  • ERP and business-system integration
  • Data pipelines
  • Secure data exchange

Machine / device integration — supported pattern

  • Machine data capture — supported pattern, not a delivered engagement
  • Sensor and device connectivity — supported pattern
  • No named protocols claimed
  • Edge collection — supported pattern, not a delivered engagement

Monitoring — supported pattern

  • Live machine monitoring — supported pattern, not delivered
  • Threshold alerts — supported pattern
  • Predictive maintenance and anomaly detection — roadmap
  • Condition dashboards — supported pattern, not a live control room

Delivery

How we deliver it

  1. Discover
  2. Architect
  3. Engineer
  4. Deploy
  5. Optimise

We start with what is recorded today and where, confirm what the equipment allows during scoping, and only then choose an approach. How we work

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Which protocols do you support?
We do not publish a protocol list. Protocols and gateways are confirmed against your equipment during scoping.
Is this the same as ShopFloor360?
No. ShopFloor360 is our manufacturing ERP platform, in pilot / limited deployment. It covers shop-floor workflows, but it is not evidence of delivered machine integration.
Do you offer predictive maintenance?
Not as a current capability. Predictive maintenance and anomaly detection are on the roadmap and depend on having enough machine and maintenance data.

Shop-floor data stuck on paper or in spreadsheets?

Describe what is recorded today, where, and which systems need it. We reply with what we would need to know about the equipment and the process.
