Construction & Infrastructure Software and ERP

Site progress, materials and approvals in one flow from site to office.

For contractors and infrastructure firms running several sites at once, where progress, material requests, labour and bills reach the office through calls, messages and spreadsheets. We build role-based systems that bring them into one workflow, either custom or starting from SiteLine.

Delivered work. A construction operations engagement is delivered; SiteLine is in pilot / limited deployment.

Operational reality

How sites usually report today

Each site runs, but the office sees it late and in pieces.

  • Daily progress arrives as photos, messages and calls, in a different format from each site.
  • Material indents are raised by phone and tracked in a register.
  • Labour and subcontractor records are kept per site and compiled later.
  • BOQ quantities, bills and budgets sit in separate spreadsheets.
  • Approvals wait until the right person can be reached.

System gaps

Where the systems fall short

  • Sites cannot be compared

Without a shared structure, management cannot compare progress across sites or spot delays early.

  • Material and cost are disconnected

Indents, site stock and bills are not tied back to the BOQ or the budget.

  • Approvals leave no trail

Who approved what, and when, is hard to reconstruct later.

  • Every review starts from scratch

Budget against actuals is rebuilt by hand before each management review.

What we build

What we build for construction and infrastructure

System types we design and build. An engagement can include some or all of them, scoped to how your sites run.

  • Site progress and reporting

Structured daily progress from site teams, with role-based views for the office and management.

  • Material indents and site inventory

Material requests, approvals and site-wise stock, tracked per site.

  • Labour and contractors

Labour and subcontractor records for each site, in the same system as progress.

  • BOQ, billing and cost

BOQ management, billing and cost tracking, with budget against actuals.

  • Documents and approvals

Document upload and approval workflows, with a record of each decision.

Platform or custom

Start with SiteLine, or build custom?

SiteLine is Cloud Ridge’s construction platform — Pilot / limited deployment. It is designed around project and site setup, materials and labour, BOQ and billing, and documents and approvals. Which parts suit your sites is confirmed in discovery.

  • Start from SiteLine

Worth considering when your sites follow a broadly standard project, material and billing flow, and you would rather adapt a platform than specify everything. We compare your process with what the pilot covers today.

  • Build a custom system

Usually the better fit when your reporting structure, contracts or approvals are specific, or the system has to work closely with tools you already use.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Is SiteLine the only option?
No. Many construction systems are better built to your own reporting and approval structure. We suggest SiteLine only where its scope fits.
Is SiteLine generally available?
No. It is in pilot / limited deployment. We compare your workflows with what the pilot covers today.
Can site teams use it from a phone?
Site capture is usually designed for phones. Whether that means a mobile app or a mobile web interface depends on how your teams work, which we decide in discovery.
Can it connect to our accounting software?
Integration with accounting and existing systems is scoped per project, based on what those systems expose.
